Abstract: | Neharika Vohra — Dr Kalam, our interest is in looking at the role of technology in the overall developmental context. In the current economic scenario, what are your thoughts on the role of technology? On the one hand, even after fifty years of independence, while we still do not have enough water, roads, food, and education for our people, on the other hand, we are spending large amounts on technology. Is this the best way to apportion our public spending? |
