The project involves a pilot study in connection with the National Mission of Education using ICT (NMEICT) which has been recognized by the Planning Commission as a national mission in its eleventh plan. The pilot project is meant for understanding the probable opportunities and bottlenecks in formulating the critical success factors linked with rolling out digital literacy in India.
