dc.description.abstract | Women’s increased participation in today’s labor force has not essentially guaranteed a continued presence for working women in the Indian IT sector. Hence, the current study aims at finding the effect of organizational factors like policy support, diversity climate, work-family culture and organizational justice on the attitudes of re-entry women like career satisfaction, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and career commitment. Responses were collected from 152 re-entry women in Indian IT organizations through a survey questionnaire. Data were analyzed using hierarchical multiple regressions. This study captures some of the key factors affecting the attitudes of a miniscule but significant part of the IT workforce called re-entry women. | en_US |
