dc.description.abstractPresent study has examined organizational level factors as predictors of organizational trust and its impact on employees’ attitude and behaviour namely knowledge sharing, affective commitment, and turnover intention. The data were collected from 303 respondents belonging to six manufacturing and service organizations. The results confirmed that organizational level variables except job security significantly predicted organizational trust. The organizational trust positively influenced workplace attitudes of the employees.en_US
