The current research examines the relationship between bi-directional work–family enrichment (work-to-family enrichment and family-to-work enrichment), psychological capital and innovative work behavior. 398 responses were collected using a questionnaire survey from married individuals, employed in a service sector organization. Data was analysed through structural equation modelling using AMOS 18 software. The study advocates that both work-to-family enrichment and family-to-work enrichment have a positive relationship with psychological capital. The study also builds on the theoretical foundation of Fredrickson‟s broaden-and-build theory and reports the mediating role of psychological capital in the relationship between bi-directional work-family enrichment and innovative work behavior.en_US
