Abstract: Individual attitudes such as job involvement, family involvement and its impact on mental health are important subjects of research, since these constitute the core of the individual’s overall performance in an organisation. The focus of the present study is to find out the level of employee’s job involvement, family involvement and mental health and to find out the relationship among them. The study conducted in the Head Office of ‘The Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd., Karur, Tamil Nadu taking a sample of 87 employees drawn from three levels of that organization reveals that most of the respondents are showing medium to high level of job involvement, family involvement associated with positive mental health. Pearson intercorelation matrix reveals that the correlations are low between job involvement and family involvement, and job involvement and mental health. Results also reveal that there exists significant positive relationship between the personal demographic variables of age, job level, length of service, and salary and job involvement and mental health.
