Description: | Executive Summary Spread Wing's basic premise for business is through creating efficiencies in the links between a professional, a job site and the company recruiting the professional. Ca.streetwalker is the synchronization tool for doing this. The shortlisting criterion for the portals and the ISPs was the unbent of unique users per month. After this the various lSP‘s and portals were analyses using criterion like complementarity offered by the site, current small partners (launched < 1 - 1.5 years prior to deal), types of deals, online recruiting Partner, nature of relationship with online recruiting partner. After analyses it was found that the sites with most likelihood of forging an alliance were Lycos, Go to, and NBCi. The rest were found to have moderate to low probability of alliance. The recommendation included listing of various opportunities, and potential threats to Spread Wing. Also it included the various strengths of Spread Wing vis-a-vis its partners. The recommendation followed by suggesting ways to Spreading to leverage its technology by positioning Career wallet as user-friendly tool, which enhances online job hunting an easy, profitable and a reliable solution experience for the customer. |
