The expression "Capital Market" is defined for purposes of our discussions as a broad category including the markets in both short-term and the long term proper-a dichotomy which is meaningless for purposes of studies in Finance. Capital market analysis the aspect of development finance and monetary stability. It not only creates various financial assets for savers but also channels their savings to meet the investment needs of entrepreneurs. This is because productive enterprises need various forms of finance to create physical assets. |
