| Abstract: | The decision support system in this report has been designed to aid the marketing manager of Raipur Manufacturing Co. Ltd. to take decisions. The DSS problem here has been broken into various parts namely, evaluation of dealers, sales representatives, territories, sale forecasting; the project has, in conclusion brought significant learning in the field of desiging such as, the distance between imagination and implementation, difficulties in programming, the extent of orientation of the textile industry towards implementation of Management Information Systems and DSS. |
