| Description: | The study looks into the different financial aspects of the Reliance Group. While the primary focus of the study has been RIL, the authors have also looked at some aspects of RCFT, and the erstwhile RPEL and Reliance Polypropylene Ltd. RPPL. The authors have also looked at the funds management strategy of the group. The authors have doen a valuation exercise of the RIL and the RPPL and RPEL. Furthermore a valuation of RIL operations from the market viewpoint has been done. A detailed analysis of the merger of RPPL and RPEL has also been done. Lastly the authors have looked at some of the financially innovative steps that the RIL has taken in the recent years. |
