dc.description.abstractThe article explores the supply chain challenges of the Akshaya Patra Foundation (TAPF), an initiative of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) which serves nutritious food for school children, in Gandhinagar, India. The procurement, source, and storage of food is discussed. The production, pre-processing and cooking, packing and distribution of food is explored. The TAFT funding given by the Government of Gujarat (GoG) is also discussed.en_US
