Abstract: The article presents a case study which focuses on the talent management of pharmaceutical company Lupin Ltd. situated I Mumbai, India. It mentions that the company must accept that proactive talent management which makes positive business difference will need to answer difficult questions and must prioritize force and awkward choices. It states that talent management in the company needs to be underpinned by a philosophy that shapes the employee practices of the organization.
