It raises certain important and interesting questions to be answered and provides in brief the Supreme Court judgments of 2013 and 2009, and the National Commission order of 2011 in the case of medical negligence as established in the treatment of Anuradha Saha, wife of Dr. Kunal Saha at AMRI hospital Kolkata. The case has been primarily written for easy understanding of facts and legal principles. |
