Abstract

The case describes a variety of innovations developed by multiple teams in the Mumbai Transmission business of Reliance Infrastructure Limited when they faced a variety of resource constraints and regulatory changes. It presents the problems faced by the organization in different functions and the approach adopted by cross functional teams to resolve them. It provides an opportunity to the participants to build insights into the processes of developing incremental, radical and architectural innovations.
