| Abstract: | The narrative of this case revolves around the theatre of the reprimand in which the sports body and the star player confront each other in a squel to the selection drama related to the London Olympics 2012. The exercise of disciplinary authority and the playing out of the principles of natural justice as the player exercises his right to be heard and moves the Courts for judicial intervention to revoke his suspension by the sports association is the subject matter of the case. |
