Abstract: | Entrepreneurship is absolutely associated with economic growth. Globalisation triggers bounded specialisation and absorption of innovative activity. These, in turn, have a positive impact on trade. This action relies on aggressive advantage of alien economies, accretion allotment to calibration and non-economic factors rather than on aggressive advantage, low costs and absolute competition. Women entrepreneurs awning abeyant ventures for their attractiveness, their risks and rewards compared to added opportunities. An attractive venture provides abundant reward, abundant to a tone the entrepreneur’s absolute charge to it. The aforementioned was apparent by the accomplished entrepreneur Smita Desai who chose Creative Bee over added authorization businesses offered to her by altered arch designers. Leaders of successful enterprises as well construe this antecedence into objectives, so that others can act on, and they actualize incentives for accomplishing so. Smita Desai, by aperture the Creative Bee authorization in Surat, provided befalling to the association of weavers, who were adverse, the problems of rapidly dying art of handloom weaving and demand for rich Indian textile heritage. |
