Abstract: In the Indian context, what insights can employers offer institutes of management education that want to rebalance the knowing, doing, and being dimensions of their curricula? This paper uses data from interviews with senior recruiters and a survey of companies, to suggest a set o f six guidelines that seem to be important from the employers' perspective as a model for future curricular practice.
