Abstract: | Over the last two decades, we have witnessed the growing awareness of social entrepreneurship education especially in developing countries. The value of social entrepreneurship as a discipline is gaining grounds in today's world. It is incredibly complex to teach social entrepreneurship and it demands social change, innovation and development through the juxtaposition of the heart and the head. There has been limited research which has articulated the teaching proficiency associated with attending to both social and commercial focus. It would be a daunting task to teach as to how one can achieve the social change that can be sustainable, drawing focus on the social as wells as business outcomes. The objective of the current study is to propose a model whilst examining the effectiveness of teaching social entrepreneurship in the current scenario. |
