Abstract: We are setting up a Private Limited Company for the express purpose of earning profits through the manufacture and sale of PVC based stretch blow moulded plastic bottles. Located at Daboi Industrial Estate in Baroda District of Gujarat, the project involves relatively simple techno-logy. The machinery, however, is not ava_lable indigenously and will be imported from Germany. The raw material, PVC (poly vinyl chloride) is available abundantly locally. The main target segment for selling the product would be manufacturers and bottlers of edible oils. The total investment in the project is Rs.60 1 akhs out of which our own contribution is Rs. 10 lakhs. It is an extremely profitable project with a mind kibhgling internal rate of return of 75% in the first five years. Marketing of the product is the only aspect on which it difficult to put down figures. However, we are very confident of selling what we produce
