dc.description.abstract | This study examines the reasons for the supply contracts in various sectors. The supply contract is a contract between the supplier and the buyer. The contract to reduce the uncertainty in the supply chain for both the supplier and the buyer. The study examines the issues in the contract in three sectors namely steel heavy engineering and chemicals.
