| Description: | Dr. Manoj Gumber, is a senior Consultant in the Department of Nephrology and Renal Transplantation, Apollo Hospitals, Ahmedabad. Dr. Gumber has worked for over 17 years in the field of nephrology with an expertise in Renal Transplant of over 3000 and 400 transplantation both Live & Cadaver respectively. He has academic credentials of educating young nephrologists all over India at the Institute of Kidney Diseases and Research Centre (IKDRC). Dr. Gumber has been a guest speaker at various national and international nephrology forums and conferences. Dr. Gumber has been awarded gold medal in D.M., Nephrology by the Former Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Narendra Modi. He has published over 40 papers in various journals and books of national and international repute. His other area of interests include pre-emptive kidney transplantation, treatment of acute kidney injury and glomerulonephritis, intensive renal care, prevention of the occurrence and progression of kidney diseases secondary to diabetes and NTN. |
