Performance Management refers to analysis of employee performance and identifying the factors behind sustained superior performance over a period of time. While the performance of employees dictates their compensation structure, competency modelling helps in understanding the key behind the superior performance and help the organisations in structuring their learning programs accordingly. During this research, we have built a predictive model and tried to show how analytics can help in understanding the key variables behind performance which will subsequently impact the compensation structured offered by the organisation and in addition to that, define the key areas of focus for different job roles.en_US
