Abstract: Application of Marketing to HR - Internal & External Employees - For e.g. Reliance’s RELP & Tata’s TAS The moniker ‘employer brand’ appears to have first been coined by Ambler and Barrow (1996), who defined it as ‘the package of functional, economic and psychological benefits provided by employment, and identified with the employing company’.Such frameworks provide theoretical backing to our research and helps in creating the foundation for our study.The objective of our research is to conclusively test if there exists a significant relationship between employee branding and employee attraction. The research will also help in generating additional insights about the factors which contribute to employee attraction.
