Abstract: This report depicts how visual media can be used to simplify and aid in teaching organizational behavior(OB) topics. We started out with identifying crucial OB topics and grouped them under three categories: Individual, Group and Organization. Content for different sub-topics was then developed through collaboration with Prof. and by using online resources such as YouTube and Vimeo. A detailed description of the context preceding each clip is written to aid in understanding the video. Finally, we developed a repository to organize the clips. This repository can be developed further and used in regular classroom teaching.
