Abstract: The note discusses the non-competitive pricing behaviour of exporting firms boned on the theory developed by Krugman (1987) known as pricing to market behaviour. The note discusses how do we understand whether firm is able to price discriminate boned or how a firm changes export prices with respect to changes in exchange rate.
