He was leaving Texica and moving into another rival company Fabrika. After discussions about the various experiences in the organization, the consultant asked him whether was paying him more than Texica. Kabir was offered a low pay at Fabrika. He was asked the reason for leaving the organization. He had been trying to get a hike and a promotion. But even after receiving a promotion and a hike, he applied for the resignation. Dr. Vakil tried to probe further to understand the root cause. Purav Jha had worked in the Finance department of Texica Ltd for two years. He was a M.
