While for many travelling by a car or a bike is an entertainment & hobby and for many it is the primary source of transportation as public transport is considered to be time consuming & sometimes expensive. If one wants to reach destination within the shortest span of time, metro rail, as a medium of public transport is a far enticing mode of transportation. Although the metro travel by itself is fast and convenient, the current last mile connectivity system in India for the travellers negates any benefits that the metro rail offers. Understandably, this could be an important barrier to the adoption of metro rail. For this reason, the situation demands for a focused study of implementing LMC in an organised manner & feasibility of the same that is flexible as per the context.en_US
