E-Sports is a multi-million dollar market worldwide especially in China, Korea, Japan and United States. But in India it is at a very nascent stage. Famous E-Sports companies are looking to invest in India in the next few years as India is an untapped market for them. Hence, the Indian E-Sports industry will grow at a very huge pace in the near future. In this project, we have analyzed the Indian and Global E-Sports scenario in detail through secondary and primary research. Then we analysed possible business models in this field to enter into this market. Through this analysis we came to know that it is important to encourage participation at a grassroots level during the initial years. Hence, our business model is based on organizing tournaments and competitions in colleges as well as organizing open tournaments once in a year. The whole business model (Business Model Canvas) and business plan was developed for this idea based on our secondary research and primary research.en_US
