Contemporary employee behaviour and performance is largely affected by HR practices apart from the type of work and designation. Employee engagement is one of the driving factors for employee performance and is affected by HR practices and communication. The HR practices are mainly focussed on propagating the culture of the organization which believed to fetch high performance of the organization.en_US
