Abstract: Prostitution very merely means the selling of sexual services for any kind of economic, material or commercial gains. Prostitution, today is legal in India. However, the purview of legality does not cover activities in  a public area - soliciting, kerb-crawling  lieu of commercial business-owning brothel homes, hotel prostitution businesses, pimping  involvement of underage individuals (child prostitution)
