A majority of the current generation has not seen a pandemic in full force. The COVID-19 has disrupted the world over in ways never seen before. Healthcare systems, supply chain and whole economies have been disrupted the world over already. While studies are being conducted to understand the first-order effects of the pandemic, there are a lot of second- order effects that are quickly taking shape and have to be studied in depth. There are numerous angles that can be used the view the current pandemic – one angle of acute interest is the mental wellness aspect. The lack of quality data available in this regard has always made analysis of this topic harder. Thus, this report aims to fill this gap and dissect the mental health ramifications globally.en_US
