dc.description.abstractThis research report aims to understand the perception of employees on technology changes adopted in a firm and evaluate its impact on their stress levels and personal well-being. With the rate at which the world is adopting technology, it has become imperative for employees across various industries to constantly engage with these technologies to get their work accomplished. There is a constant pressure for employees to upgrade their skill set and adapt to the changes. Therefore, the project evaluates the aspects of psychological well-being considering the impact of employee’s personality traits on the perception of the change.en_US
