Abstract: | Employees contribute significantly to the success of the organization through their knowledge and skills (Breaugh & Stark, 2000). Thus, attracting and retaining skillful and productive employees has become a crucial task for the organizations. Attracting right employees via the job application is poised to become more challenging due to the various demographic and economic factors and it leads to ‘the war for talent’ in the job markets (Michaels, Handfield- Jones, & Axelrod, 2001). |
