Abstract: | Before the semester started, we held a couple of meetings with Prof. Amit Karna about understanding the course. We reviewed our own learning and develop a detailed understanding of the key conceptual frameworks and tools available to the senior management in order to aid the strategy-development process. Our objective was to first explore available literature on strategy making globally as well as in India. Our discussions with Prof. Amit Karna, Prof. Rama and Prof. Jain helped us form a few hypotheses about strategy making in India. |
