Abstract: | The project titled “Insurance Consumption Behaviour of Millennials” intends to test the perception, purchase intent and product requirements of insurance policies for millennials in India vis-à-vis Gen X. Insurance as a service has changed a lot since the deregulation in India. Many private players are now focusing on the changing dynamics due to the millennial generation’s changed attitude towards products and services. They have observed a lack of interest in the millennial generation for insurance as a service. |
