dc.description.abstract | As a part of this academic project, we have tried to understand the Human Resource transition process of a scaling knowledge sector organisation. Technology and Human capital are one of the core assets of any knowledge sector organisation. Most of the organisations provide intellectual output to their clients where the deliverables are specialised and not a commodity. Therefore it becomes crucial to consider the expansion plan well because knowledge organisations are very client-centric business in nature where a small set of clients give most of the business. Hence it is essential to manage your clients well and make sure that the way your organisation is keeping the service quality intact and not giving the client a poor perception which in turn is forcing them to reconsider their next project with your firm. For the part of this study we have covered the human resource journey for a knowledge organisation from their start-up phase to the stage when they become a large corporation. | en_US |
