Abstract: | Shiksharth (Shiksharth, n.d.) is a not-for-profit organization working towards improving the quality of education in rural and tribal areas through action-based research, design and implementation. Having its presence in Sukma and Bijapur districts in Chhattisgarh, Shiksharth wants to expand its operation for the betterment of the education system in the State. One of the main objectives of Shiksharth is to bring education to the areas affected by Naxal violence, by enabling students who have dropped out of the education system, first-generation learners and older students entering into the education system to have a smooth and efficient process of onboarding and ensuring that they continue on their journey of attaining basic literacy and numeracy skills. |
