dc.description.abstract | Everyday incidents have a massive impact on people’s lives & when it comes to certain sections of the society that have been traditionally marginalized or oppressed, daily incidents involving prejudice form a substantial part of these incidents. Such experiences indicate discriminatory behaviour & can emerge within homes, families, workplaces & even academic institutions. Discriminatory incidents have the ability to impact day-to-day working, psychology & even performance of the groups at which they are directed; an understanding & analysis of such incidents can help us identify how their lives differ from others.
