Nevertheless, Covid19 has changed the business dynamics of the IT Industry across the world, and HRM think tanks have taken a new route and strategic decision to make the IT organization sustain in the present Covid-19 crisis. The impact is going to stay in the Industry and would be in a new norm. Our study aims to do an in-depth comparative analysis of the various factors involving HRM initiatives and strategic decisions to give operational excellence to the IT Companies. |
