Abstract: | We know that companies which manufacture their own products need to promote their products on social media platforms, to engage with customers to innovate, address customer complaints and know what users are saying about the firm. However, there are new age businesses such as ecommerce firms, which do not design or build their own products but, provide marketplace for the product firms. |
