Abstract: | Today top economies are leveraging information like never before. Today we also refer this as information age or knowledge economy Definition of knowledge economy as quoted in Wikipedia “The knowledge economy (or the knowledge-based economy) is the use of knowledge to create goods and services. In particular, it refers to a high portion of skilled workers in the economy of a locality, country, or the world, and the idea that most jobs require specialized skills.” 1 And knowledge is information gained through experience. The Edgar Dale’s cone of learning captures the materials and medium which enhance our learning experience which essential ingredient in today’s knowledge economy. |
