Abstract: The leading global agricultural food processing and supply chain business, like Cargill Inc , ITC etc , operates from “Seed to Shelf” to supply the food and industrial raw material like vegetable ingredients, spices, edible nuts, beverages etc using integrated supply chain with sourcing of raw material from product of origins, post harvest value-added processing in the plants & quality and finally , deliver the final product through integrated logistics at customer’s location. In the B2B agro-processor business , the processors takes the agro-produce as input material in the processing plant and packed into various packaging as per customer requirement to supply the critical finished goods ,which intern get consume in multiple other processing in customer level. In this whole cycle of food supply chain , customer complaint on product quality plays a pivotal role to improve the ability of quality product processing , reduce various ‘Defects’ , ‘Quality failure’ of products which have been getting produced in multiple stage in the food value chain . The mass-production of ‘ready-to-use’ product in agro-food processing plant, has been constantly getting upgraded with the introduction of cutting-edge Digital technology like AI, IoT , UI platform , comprehensive business application system ( like ERP-SAP) which helps business to integrate multiple business function , process control , customer management and long-term business growth.
