As with most organizations in the IT domain, knowledge management at XYZ Corp. is a significant challenge considering the fast pace of technological evolution. The recent outbreak of Covid-19 has added a new dimension to this by forcing organizations to tailor their learning methodologies to meet the needs of remotely connected employees. In our view, even though Covid-19 has precipitated the need for remote learning on a large scale, remote learning may likely be the new normal if organizations can exploit this new setup successfully.
