dc.description.abstract | As with most organizations in the IT domain, knowledge management at XYZ Corp. is a significant challenge considering the fast pace of technological evolution. The recent outbreak of Covid-19 has added a new dimension to this by forcing organizations to tailor their learning methodologies to meet the needs of remotely connected employees. In our view, even though Covid-19 has precipitated the need for remote learning on a large scale, remote learning may likely be the new normal if organizations can exploit this new setup successfully. In this project, we review the implementation of KMS, the needs for changing the system and suggest improvements in KMS for a newly established delivery unit at XYZ Corp, a leading IT MNC. | en_US |
