dc.description.abstract | PSE’s – Public Sector Enterprise have been major contributors in the Indian growth story. They were established for providing the basic infrastructure for the future development and extending the reach of government policies to the rural areas. The major reason behind the successful delivery of services is - Human resources, which are available to PSUs/PSEs regularly. In India, the job opportunities at PSUs/PSEs have remained attractive over years. The reason behind this being – the job security offered by the PSUs/PSEs. The remunerations have also remained attractive at higher positions in the PSUs/PSEs adding to the reason why they are the highly sought-after jobs in Indian context. | en_US |
