dc.description.abstractOn June 10, 2020, Mr Raj Singh, founder and CEO of HoldCo Pvt. Ltd, was sipping coffee in his office, reflecting at the meeting with key members of his staff that ended just minutes ago. Looking out from the large glass window of his fifth-floor office at Worli, Mumbai, Singh had a satisfying smile on his face. Singh had formed a committee as he wanted to enter the Waste Management market in India owing to its huge potential and growth in the recent years. He formed the committee comprising of key members of his staff to finalise on the operating and financing plan for the same. HoldCo was already a major player in the renewable energy sector and was planning to expand its portfolio towards the WTE (Waste-To-Energy) segment.en_US
