dc.description.abstractThe importance of leadership is a well-deliberated concept that emphasizes that the leaders create a vision and act as change agents as compared to the managers who set goals and maintain the status quo. A leader's role as a change agent makes them an indispensable part of any process requiring a shift from the usual circumstances such as a crisis or a national disaster. The present paper attempts to examine the leadership styles being employed by the leaders across the world in such unprecedented times as COVID-19 pandemic and the effectiveness of the same.en_US
