To is a startup in mental healthcare space. It was established in 2016 with online presence and mobile application offerings. The mental health healthcare is an evolving marketspace with lot of unsolved problems. This can be seen through a 2017 report which points out that nearly 14% of the Indian population suffers from some or the other form of mental illness and this number is expected to reach 20% by the end of 2020. Take into consideration, the impact of covid-19, and this number further increases. Thus, we can comfortably say that the market for servicing mental health care has a lot of latent demand. With the fast-growing market, TickTalkTo is contemplating the decision between entering another market (like Western Europe or United States) vs double down on its operations in the country.en_US
