dc.description.abstractWith one-third of the global population on lockdown at one point in time, the pandemic had affected the majority. Now, approximately a year after the start of the spread, we see the nations have lifted their lockdowns, and the economies are resuming as normal. Very few doubt the severity of the challenges brought upon due to the ongoing crisis. But history testifies that every crisis brings upon plenty of opportunities to solve consumer problems via robust solutions that can directly benefit the users.en_US
