dc.description.abstract | Public organizations face a huge challenge when they undertake such massive initiatives. These are generally due to the financial burden which such projects deliver. Due to low revenue generation, these projects are seen as mere expenses. However, a well-defined framework from a financial, operational and policy perspective can help organizations achieve their goals. This report aims to analyse the various initiatives from different perspectives. With both a qualitative and quantitative approach, this case will help the reader understand the various challenges. Cost benefit analysis and economic feasibility will clearly define the decisions to be undertaken. | en_US |
