What changes should organisations undertake to improve their resilience towards the disruptive changes in the environment, and what is the relative impact of those changes in building a resilient environment in the company? Our objective of this study is to understand how organizations respond to rare events. We believe that organizations learn from experience and institutionalize those learning. We would like to study if this helps an organization build resilience. Furthermore, we would like to explore if practices adopted by organizations to build resilience have a differentiated impact on performance.en_US
